🕒 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return your self-watering planter within 90 days of delivery — no stress, no judgment. Whether it wasn’t what you expected or your plant didn’t love the vibe, we totally get it.

📦 What Can Be Returned

Planters that are clean, undamaged, and in resaleable condition
Lightly used items are totally okay — just no cracks, heavy wear, or missing parts
Important: Planters must be emptied before returning
→ No soil, water, or live plants inside, please 🌱💧
We can’t accept returns on:
- Items marked Final Sale

🚚 Return Shipping & Refunds

A flat $7.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund to help cover costs
If the item is damaged or defective, return shipping is on us 💚
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected

We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days
If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS return label
Drop it off, and we’ll take care of the rest
