We focus on what really matters - root health.
Most planters hide the roots and limit airflow, causing suffocation, bacterial growth, and root rot. Our design solves these problems with three powerful innovations:
Everything you want to know about our self-watering planters.
We offer a 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee. You can return your self-watering planter within 90 days of delivery — no stress, no judgment. Whether it’s not what you expected or your plant didn’t love it, we’ve got you covered.
Planters should be clean, undamaged, and resalable. Lightly used is fine — just no cracks, heavy wear, or missing parts.
Important: Planters must be emptied before returning — no soil, water, or live plants inside.
If your item is damaged or defective, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, a flat $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Fill out our Return Request Form . We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and, if approved, email you a prepaid USPS return label.
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your planter for a refund and place a new order.
We currently ship within the United States.

Our planters use a two-part design with a bottom-fill watering system:
Note: Over time, some plants will grow water roots that extend into the reservoir — this is normal and helps the plant drink efficiently.
Once your plant adjusts, the reservoir can last up to 4 weeks between refills, depending on the plant, pot size, and your home’s environment.
Yes! You can grow any plant — just adjust care to its needs:
Always match the soil mix to your plant’s preference.
Many plants adapt by growing water roots directly into the reservoir. These roots are smoother and more translucent than soil roots and specialize in absorbing water. This is normal and healthy.
No — the inner pot sits above the water line when you follow the indicator. Ventilation holes let oxygen reach the roots, while the wick draws just enough water. If water roots grow into the reservoir, they’re adapted to be submerged and won’t rot.
Use a light, well-draining indoor mix so the wick can efficiently move moisture upward. Heavy soils can block airflow and suffocate roots.
Roots need oxygen just like leaves need sunlight. Our design — with a water & oxygen inlet and ventilation holes on the walls and base — lets fresh air reach the root zone, while the wick and reservoir provide steady moisture. This keeps roots healthy, prevents rot, and encourages strong growth.
Only during initial setup or after repotting should you water from the top to fully moisten the soil. After that, always refill through the water inlet to keep the system functioning and avoid over-saturating the top layer.
Every few months, or if you notice any organic matter or mineral buildup, you can:
Choose a planter that is 1–2 inches larger than your plant’s root ball.
We’re growing — and so is our collection! We currently offer 4-inch and 6-inch sizes in white and plan to add new colors, sizes, and shapes. Tip: Sign up for our newsletter to be first to know (and get early access).
